Overview
When your leadership team is pulled in several directions at once — growth targets, staffing pressures, margin concerns, and succession questions all landing at the same time — a Strategic Planning Session creates the space to sort priorities and agree on a direction.
What happens in the session
We facilitate a structured conversation using your actual business data and constraints. The session typically covers:
- Current state assessment (revenue, margins, capacity, key risks)
- Priority ranking of opportunities and challenges
- Trade-off mapping — what you will do, defer, or stop
- Draft 12–18 month direction with named owners for each priority
Deliverables
You receive session notes, a one-page priority summary, and a follow-up call two weeks later to check progress against commitments made during the session.
Pricing
Half-day sessions (up to 6 participants) start at $4,800. Full-day sessions start at $7,200. Travel outside the Geelong/Melbourne corridor is quoted separately.
