Board Advisory provides an experienced outside perspective for boards navigating growth, risk, or transition. We help boards prepare for difficult conversations, review papers for clarity and completeness, and facilitate sessions where independent facilitation adds value.

Engagement models
Per-meeting: $2,400 per board or committee meeting (preparation, attendance, and follow-up notes included). Travel outside Victoria quoted separately.
Quarterly retainer: $8,500 per quarter for up to three meetings, paper reviews, and ad hoc advisory calls between meetings.
